The Style File

Joining the ladies for the kid tested, mom approved link- up today! Topic, The Style File.
When I found out I was having a boy I was over the moon ecstatic (I'm sure I would have been either way) but I was nervous that boy clothes were not that cute and they can't really wear headbands...(in public anyway! just kidding).

Then I realized shopping for a boy is just as addicting and there are so many cute outfits & brands from Target, to h &m, Carters and Baby Gap! Forgive all the i-phone photos... But here are some of my favorites.
Sweater: Carters, Jeans & Shoes: H & M Hat: Naartjie
Hat: Naartjie Shirt: Carters Jeans: Old Navy

The easiest outfits for Easton are shorts onesies! Just one piece and you have an outfit! Amazing. I get most of them from Baby Gap during their sales. Like the two below.
Shorts Onesie: Gap

Shorts Onesie: Gap

If you head on over to Baby Gap you can find these cute and cozy fall trends. I basically try and buy items that are easy to clean (having a boy means they will get dirty in 2.15 seconds) and that can go with many outfits. All of these items could mix and match with other shirts, pants, sweatshirts, hats and shoes! Right now their toddler sale is going on and you can get 40%...I may have to click on over myself!

  7. I have loved putting Owen in the shorts onesies, but now that he's in 2T clothes it is so hard to find any! I guess they don't make them for the "big" boys :( Thanks for linking up!!

    1. I know those 2T sizes force us mommies into "big kid" clothing...growing too fast!

  10. aww you do a great job of dressing him!! I really "Think" that i'm having a boy this november (we are going to be surprised) so it's nice to know that there really are just as many cute options out there (well maybe not just as many..but still a lot) PLUS, I think i'll actually save money if I have a boy ...if I have a girl I will NOT be able to resist buying every cute girly thing I see, and I"m not usually even like that!
