Kitchen Complete

Our kitchen projects are finally complete! We re-painted our cabinets, put wood floors in, new granite counters, new appliances and sink, shutters and a backsplash!

Happy Valentines Day!

 Tonight I will be spending my 9th Valentines Day with my husband and soon to be baby Daddy! We plan to have a relaxing evening in our home! I am going to make shrimp scampi and have french bread with olive oil and balsamic and red velvet cupcakes for dessert, sweet and simple!

Coastal Road Trip

Santa Barbara

 We had a trip planned to Mammoth for a winter snowboarding vacation...however my Dr. said snowboarding is not the best activity for pregnant women...who would have thought?

So we planned a road trip up the California Coast! We had lunch in Santa Barbara and headed up to San Louis Obispo where we stayed at a hot spring resort (no I did not go in the hot springs...sadly)! That night we went out on the town, Thursday nights in SLO is a farmers market! The next day we headed up Highway 1 which was beautiful to Monterey! In Monterey we enjoyed seafood galore, the aquarium, and some beautiful sites!

2012 is going to be a GREAT year because...

That's right!! I'm pregnant! I am past the three month mark and finally able to shout it out loud! We found out the second week of December and waited only one week...which felt like a year to tell our families! Now that everyone knows I can start blogging! We can't wait for our new journey to begin!
