Washi Tape Banner & Emergency Info

I realized recently that many people take care of Easton throughout the course of the week. Mostly family that is around him all the time, people I trust completely, people that love him. With that said everyone kind of knows the routine, so its not like I leave notes or instructions. However, in an emergency (God forbid) would people be able to remember important numbers like poison control, the Dr.s office, etc.? With the assistance of handpickednotions.blogspot.com I have a personalized emergency card. I showed her a card idea and she sent me a personalized one within the week! Included are parents, grandparents, Dr.'s, poison control, and closet ER phone numbers.
Now we know that regardless of who is watching over our sweet boy, the information is just inside the cabinet, always!

I also wanted to see what all the washi tape craze was about, now I realize how simple it is to use! Within 5 minutes I whipped up this little banner to accessorize the cork board inside our cabinet!

5 on Friday

1. I am loving that I just picked these veggies from our backyard. Having a vegetable garden is so fun. We love planning it, watering it, seeing how it grows each week/night in our backyard! The best is when you actually get to pick em! I just ate the heirloom tomatoes with some pepper for a snack...delicious!

2. The Navy Canvas Storage items from Pottery Barn are on sale...and I want all of them for Easton's "stuff"!

3.  Looking at our picks from Easton's first Disneyland trip is making me so happy! I wasn't sure how he would respond since he is 9 1/2 months old...but he loved it!!

4.  L'Oreal colour Riche Nail Colors. Perfect for this time of year and only a couple of bucks at Target!
5. I am loving any type of "spritzer".  And no, I don't truly even know what a spritzer is...but this is what I call any kind of juice with some carbonation and some fresh mint from the backyard! Blueberry Pomegranate Spritzer

Happy 9 months Easton

9 MONTH STATS

Yes, that is right 9 months ago today this little man entered our family!!

STATS: He just had is 9 month check up and we are measuring in at 20 pounds (55%) and a whopping 29 3/4 inches (95%)! Who would have ever thunk his mother was 5'1 and 3/4 on a good day.

MILESTONES & LIKES: In the past month Easton has perfected his crawling skills and LOVES to crawl up the stairs! He pulls up on any and everything and will walk along the couch to grab a remote or cell phone. He is obsessed with his dogs and they are obsessed with him too (he feeds them from his high chair...gross). He runs around the backyard in his walker.

SLEEP & FOOD: He is still breastfed but also eats AT LEAST 3 times a day, this kid loves his food! I am hoping to nurse him for a year, but we will see! He doesn't sleep through the night and never has. The Dr. told me he should be sleeping 10 hours a night (sounds wonderful to me)! He is getting 4 teeth at once and already has 4!

LOVES bath time

Loves his "dada"

When these precious moments happen when my little babe fall sleep on me, I just want to pause time and never move.
